"We made a reservation a month before our arrival for a Thursday and a Friday night. Our train plans changed and decided to give Friday night back. We were informed that it was a $500.00 penalty. "The room was clean and tidy , but the carpets were a little tired. That being said the bed and linen were of excellent condition. The breakfast was a very high standard and you wanted for noting. The staff were very polite and easy to locate and talk to with a wide range of local knowledge with an efficient service."
