"Hotel had double booked so we didn’t have a room. They organise for us to stay at the” sister” hotel that we had to wait for over 30 minutes for somebody to take us there. Then they gave us a room on the fifth floor with very steep steps."

"Found bugs in both the bathroom and the room, the sheets were stained and had clearly not been washed from the previous occupant as I found so many hair both on the pillow and in the sheets, staff was rude, room smelled like cigarette smoke and bathroom smelled of sewage. I would definitely not recommend"
