"The staff are so kind and helpful. Excellent location I’m old quarter of Hanoi…minutes to great restaurants, pharmacy, and shopping. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and do the job. Excellent value for price. "

"We had a very nice stay here at this hotel. Everyone was so supportive and friendly. The room is cozy, fully equipped, and the staff even offered us welcoming drinks and fruits when we came to the hotel earlier than check in time. Breakfast was awesome, especially the dessert."
