"The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return."

"One night stay to do a parkrun nearby in Glasgow and had a good night at this hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet. Couldn't get the air con to work so it was a little warm. The on site gym is good and the buffet breakfast was fine. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We paid an additional £20 as we had our dog with us and we left the room spotless so not sure what the extra charge is for. With free parking and free WiFi also included the price is otherwise good value for this...

The building is beautiful, our room was clean, well decorated and comfortable, all staff we spoke to were lovely, and both our dinner in the cocktail bar and breakfast in the dining room were good quality."
