"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. The kids loved the kanagroos. the whole property feels...

"We enjoyed our stay thanks. I was disappointed though that despite being a smoke free venue (and clearly written everywhere and on our check in information), the studio next to us frequently smoked and the smells drift into our studio. "

"Great location, walking distance to main strip of beach and dining but a block away so it’s quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly upon check in. Property is well kept, clean, and all necessary amenities required. Only slight feedback is the air con is pre-set and we weren’t allowed to change it. The bedroom was quite warm and stuffy at night even with the door open so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, the property itself is great "

"The resort is very large with many amenities (swimming pool etc). Unfortunately for me my room was on the third floor reachable only by stairs. Furthermore, there was NO kitchenette, consisting of a microwave and some dishes, which could be washed only in the bathroom sink. In conclusion, the quality/price ratio is decidedly unsatisfactory"
