"Great location very quiet we found our room ( Heather )was very small with furniture over hanging the bed near to your pillow and you had to be very carefull when getting up in the night as the gap between the wardrobe and bed was very tight."

"Rooms require some repainting and stairwell is very dull and dark with most windows needing repair and repainting. The cocktails were fantastic though. As the restaurant closes early it would be nice to have cheese and biscuits available in the bar area in the evening "

"Beautiful accommodation in a stunning setting. Breakfast was 5 star! Lots of choice and presented perfectly. Our double room was very clean with en suite and quality toiletries. Tea/coffee and biscuit were replenished daily. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with lots of local advice - we couldn’t have chosen a better guest house for our Lake District break. Having on site, free, car parking was a bonus too, so we made use of the bus services in the area. Highly recommend - we’ll be back! Thank you!"

"It was a lovely stay, not super modern but scrupulously clean. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Only moan was WiFi was a bit hit and miss. That said would be first port of call if I went to Keswick again!"

"Cannot rate this stay highly enough! Staff super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. Room was wonderful, with freshly made cookies for guests as an extra touch. The breakfast was excellent. Only thing would make it even better would be ability to have dinner on site or room service. "
