Hotel Perniagaan di Keswick

"My wife and I had a fabulous 2 night stay. Our room was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was first class. The bar was a lovely place to relax after a long day walking. We would definitely return for another visit. I have only one observation to feedback, and its minor. The decor in our bathroom was tired and needs looking at. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but paint work and fixtures were beginning to show their age."

"Lovely traditional Lakes coach inn in great setting close to Bassenthwaite although no view of the lake itself. Service was a bit archaic but I’m putting this down to because it felt like everyone was new? "Lovely clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Lovely food in restaurant. No TV service due to recent storms. This was not the fault of the hotel and they did provide a working TV in the comfortable lounge. Overall, a great 4 night stay. We will return."

"We have stayed here three times now & love the friendly homely atmosphere. The apartment is perfect for me & my son and he loves the swimming pool! The gym has plenty of equipment & my treadmill faces a field of cows & the odd pig which was lovely! Will definitely be staying again"

"I've stayed at the Trout a number of times, it is a pretty, well maintained hotel with lots of character and ideally placed to explore Cockermouth, the Western Lakes and the national park. The food is good and the staff are professional and very friendly."

"No SPA was available as was advertised."
