Without asking too many questions, he upgraded our room and offered a complimentary breakfast for one day. The new room had a strong odor, and the heater wasn’t working, it was extremely cold. I told Dan I didn’t want to change rooms again because it was becoming overwhelming. He quickly provided a portable heater...
