"We had an unexpected change in our itinerary due to a flight cancellation. Expedia worked with the Hilton staff to move our arrival date and waive the change fee. This was an amazing blessing during a very stressful time stranded in an airport. We can’t say thank you enough! And the shuttle service and driver were amazing! So friendly and hospitable! Will be back for sure!!"

"So to be honest, this hotel did not feel like a five star hotel at all. It felt more like an elevated three star hotel. The bedsheets were not very white. The towels were not very white either the ground of the property nice big Special you know greenery everywhere however the feel of the place was not 5 that it was not luxury. It was more like a three star hotel elevated so that took away from the experience for me because I expected more but the staff very helpful. Very amazing people so that was the plus for me."

"I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn first off. They had a very great variety for breakfast and really tasty as well and the staff very very helpful especially John at the front desk. He was so helpful to us even when we had issues trying to make him piss up payments, you know he was very willing, giving us suggestions on what to do to make things easier for us towels were very clean. They were very white bedsheets felt really soft and nice. Yeah the mattress as well, really comfortable the entire ambience of everywhere very very clean and then it helped that it was located near the mall, but you could just practically walk out of your hotel and crossover and you are the mall already so it was really great. It was a great day. I enjoyed the completely transportation from there was very easy as well and yeah, it’s somewhere. I’ll consider staying again while I’m in Kenya."

"The hotel is very well located if you are going to be at the KiCC or anything in the near CBD. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially Carol at the front desk. The hotel has 3 restaurants so you are sorted for meals. Great place, I highly recommend it."
