"The building is currently being renovated. The pool is closed and there is no breakfast bar. My room is “good enough “ but the air conditioner is very loud. I originally made my reservation through Experian (I think) but I had to stay a second night and I had the hotel clerk make that reservation for me. Through Experian a one night visit was only $70, directly from the hotel a one night visit is only $50. If you don’t mind “roughing it” you can save yourself some $$."

"We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed"

"We reserved the two room suite for my husband, kids, my dad, and myself. We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer. I asked if they could comp us to joining rooms so we had AC, ‘Max’ became very defensive telling me that I would...

"The room was clean and the staff were awesome!! However, the hotel could use some TLC in the lobby area. The carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and elevator. The fan in the bathroom needs to fixed. Also, they just need to update the TV’s to smart TV’s. But all in all it was a pleasant stay."
