The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Everyone was friendly and polite. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was refreshing and clean. The breakfasts were hearty , specially on the weekends. Parking was easy and plentiful. The location was close to the freeway and not far from the airport

Property was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking was vast and plenty options that were close to the door . Breakfast could have definitely been better but it was fresh just needed more options. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Did not see one bug !!

For over 20 years this has been my go-to hotel when I visit family and friends in Livonia! Great location, safe and secure, cheerful and friendly staff, abundant free parking, wonderful complimentary breakfast! Renovations over the years keep this property looking fresh and I love the large comfortable room sizes. This Best Western is also a great value!

So disappointing and unpleasant. Check in was great, and breakfast was decent. One of the beds had hairs and other debris on top of the bedsheets, and under the blanket. I had to ask for clean bedsheets and change by myself…. The water pressure was poor, no body wash in the dispenser, no tissue in the tissue bin- just an empty box… The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and the towels extremely worn out. Almost all the outlets next to the beds were not working. I will never step foot in this place again.
