"Perfect and excellent "

"Only had a do not disturb card to hang on door. The drawer is broken. The decorative lamp is not working properly. Also a bed lamp is not in working condition. Power went out for bathroom light and sink/mirror light. Went to to front desk for the power outage and the lights. Power outage was repaired. Lamp issues are known, but were not, or will not, be addressed. Breakfast menu could be better. No orange juice, it’s either Tang or Sunny D. Not quite four star amenities, in my opinion."

"I liked tbe pillows, grab bag at check in, free breakfast was very good even though limited, quiet, nice bathroom and good parking and good staff. They now charge $5 for parking so nickle and diming ya."

"Room was very tired, moldy bathroom, bubbling floor material, loud room. No breakfast and coffee not served till 6:30"

"The room had a cigarette smell even though it was a non-smoking room. However, Steve was excellent—he addressed the issue right away by deodorizing and disinfecting the room. He was great at all times and provided outstanding service."

"Not clean "

"This is a basic room, with bed on a metal frame and is uncomfortable. You only get 2 towels/washcloths and have to take them back to the front desk to get clean towels. Rooms are only cleaned once a week. Mold was in the bathtub and the room smelled strongly of harsh cleaners and plastic. They also threw away our pillows instead of holding them in the lost and found for less than one day (no policy on throwing away items on company lost and found website page). There are no utensils, plates or cookware available unless you “rent/buy” them starting at $15. There are no restaurants within walking distance either. You also have to pay in full when you check in so you can’t leave early when you wish to. Front desk isn’t staffed after 10 pm, you have to call and see if they determine your request important enough to send someone or wait until morning. Won’t choose this brand of hotel ever again. "

"Property was safe and secure. Surrounded by nearby hotels and restaurants. Breakfast was great the last day which was the only day my family and I was able to get any. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities, my family loved the gym and outside fire pit and games along with the tv. "
