"Disliked strongly: check-in experience, complicated cafe menu, adding tips without warning, no coffee stir stick or spoon in room , breakfast experience also very bad, on 75% of the visits not enough coffee machines to handle demand , plates cold and food again 75% was lukewarm warm, the bread and toast machine a real joke, no bacon ,just warmed or dried ham, no butter on one occasion , result: only the potato fritters were not cold by the time one had finally collected their breakfast. The table tops felt sticky to one’s bare arms , the juice glasses were always warm, congrats! The food lids and tweezers were awkward and the table clearers overzealous to move people out. The concierge told me one day about ten pound for uber to the coach stn,that cost me thirty when I asked for it the next day.
