"Parking easy. Also regular (every 20-minutes) bus service right outside, which gets you into town (and also further afield, but we only used it for that). Also, about 15-20 minutes' walk into town. Calne is a nice place to visit. Staff were welcoming when we checked in, but, as we were only staying one night, and had no reason to ask anything, we can't say anything further. There aren't any dining facilities, so you'll need to head into town or somewhere for breakfast (but there are several nice places there)."

"The accommodation was perfectly clean and the bathroom was also . Breakfast could have been warmer but that’s the nature of this style of breakfast buffet. There was no guest parking available on arrival due to conference groups which was inconvenient for someone with a mobility issue. The rest or the stay and evening meal food was as good as usual."

"Check in was smooth, the room and bathroom were stunning, with high quality stylish fittings. We had an in room Continental breakfast, generous in quantity and choice. We couldn’t fault anything."

"The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "

"Stayed 2 nights whilst hiking the Ridgeway and surrounding areas - a great base for getting to the amazing surrounding areas. The pub was very friendly with a friendly welcome and a pleasant bar. There are lots of good food options in Marlborough although I ended up eating in the pub both nights as the food was very reasonably priced and very tasty and with a good selection of beers on tap. The room was comfortable and clean although quite dated and it was quite noisy until late as it was above the bar. The shower worked well and there was ample supply of tea bags and milk. It was easy to leave early in the morning as there is a fire escape that can be used for out of hours exit."
