"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it. I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products. Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

There was no where to hang clothes - cupboard, no hooks. Bed was good. The door could not be closed without slamming it which wasn't good for guests in other rooms. "Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!"
