"Excellent accommodations and a great location! Communication with the host was outstanding. The hotel also offers a very convenient taxi service, which was incredibly helpful during my mom’s stay. The driver picked her up and dropped her off at the airport and took her to several appointments. She was easy to contact, flexible with scheduling, and accepted US dollars, which made everything much easier. The room was comfortable and equipped with a refrigerator and electric kettle. Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation."

"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two big thumbs up."

"The location was great! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked. Only complaint is they could have better pillows.
