"Room was clean, amenities were good, comfortable bed."

"I called in advance to ask the front desk if it would be okay that I would be arriving/checking in between 12:30 and 1:00 AM. They assured me that they had front desk service 24 hours a day. I booked the room. When I arrived at 12:45 AM to check in, they said that I was considered a no-show and that it would take them at least an hour for their system to reset. They requested that I go to the maverick gas station down the street to wait. I waited in my car in the parking lot until 2:00 AM for them to be ready to check me in. I had to leave by 8:00 AM for a meeting. Had a terrible night of sleep. Couldn't get the rest that I wanted because I had to wait in the parking lot until 2:00 AM to be checked in. I was directed to speak to the manager about a refund. She was of zero help. She told me to take it up with Hotels.com I literally could have stayed at any other hotel and been checked in immediately. What is the process for getting a refund?"

"Breakfast was great nice and clean except for elevators may be good idea for figuring out excess water from people using the pool as they soaked the elevator floors "

"If you don't mind extremely noisy places then you'll be fine. It's relatively clean and the rooms are new but the walls are paper thin. If you don't mind watching or listening to two other rooms TV shows, or the deep thundering noise of toilet flushing and footsteps all night long than you'll be OK."

"Friendly staff, great breakfast options, rooms were run down. Old carpet, furniture was peeling off, spider in the bathroom. No hot tub!"

"It was a day they had some technical difficulties, however the staff was amazing and handled it so well. The rooms were clean and the hotel’s beautiful!"

"Toilet needs to be updated. It was the old model that is very low. It makes it difficult for any person to get up without holding on to something for assistance. Toilet lid kept flopping down on you during use. Fixtures were also outdated in the bathroom. Also, the room needs more lighting imn most areas."

"This hotel is in a nice area, clean rooms with great beds and pillows. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The dining options are great, they have a nice bar and a very relaxing atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. "
