"Check in was a challenge as I was asked to try a new self check in system on a tablet. 2 staff members just stood there and watched me struggle. After a 6 hour drive in the heatwave it would be much quicker just to check me in as normal by a human rather than doing it yourself. Human interaction is disappearing! Pool,sauna and steam room was great addition to the trip."

"Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. "No cups for coffee machine. Bottom tray in freezer unusable due to being frozen up. No HD tv reception due to faulty cable. This was corrected during stay. Faulty bed side light bulb. Again fixed during stay. Stained couch and rug."

"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"
