"Our first night here we had absolutely no water pressure, and no hot water. I brought my kids with me and we couldn’t bathe them, we couldn’t wash bottles, and we couldn’t shower. They finally fixed it the next day in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean but the towels and bed sheets smelled very weird. "Exceptional staff. My husband lost his wallet and someone ended up turning it in for us. He had over $200 cash in it and we for sure thought the cash was gone with the wind, however it all turned out to be there. Come to find out later it was one of the house cleaners that found it outside in the lounge area and turned it in for us. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Love this place. Will be there again for sure! "

"Booked 2 rooms for a week, they put us on different floors. They agreed to move us closer the next day. Room they gave us then was tucked in a corner with view from the balcony was the blank wall of other wing of hotel. They also had 2 hot tubs outside that were both barely warm"
