"This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. The people in the area were friendly as well. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend booking a stay at the NAP HOTEL! We'll definitely be back soon."

"Bathtub, fridge, bed and kitchen access"

"Staff were excellent and got a free welcome drink from the bar which was a bonus. Rooms were good size and it’s ideal for a base. The only issue was there was no Air con and it’s been really hot. Tube station 20 min walk. Good parking would stay again."

"A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!"

"I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

"A good stay but we had difficulties getting answers to messages on the day about check in, despite leaving 2 voicemails requesting a call back, and wasted 45 minutes on the phone to Expedia trying to sort."

"Great stay here! Clean rooms, enough space with AC in the suite. The breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before heading out for the day! Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night. Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. "

Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place. "
