"Good hotel, friendly staff!"

"Good points: Clean room Great location Great Facilities, kitchenette with equipped with fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, pans and utensils Comfortable bed Not so good points: Unfortunately was rather noisy as faces onto to a reasonably busy road. Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place. "

"Friendly and caring staff. I had to urgently find a hotel after I found the hotel I booked originally was a total dump. Filthy. With no WiFi my spouse luckily found this hotel as a replacement and I was so happy to see how clean and friendly the staff are."

"My bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The only thing I would say was that the twin room that I was in wasn't really suitable for business travellers as it didn't have a proper desk. I used the bar instead which was a little noisy. I discovered after going to bed that the smoke/fire detector had a red flashing light on it which illuminated the whole bedroom and disturbed me when going to sleep. Also the car park is not big enough for the hotel size, meaning...

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing. One of the reasons I booked this property instead of an Airbnb was the expectation of basic hotel amenities and comfort. Unfortunately, the hotel advertised having a bar and restaurant, but neither was actually available during my stay. This felt misleading from the start. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. On the day I checked in, I was told the AC was not working throughout the hotel and...

"Everything is perfect"

"Stayed in the lovely en-suite room, which was nice, large and clean! Bed was quite comfortable. Bath was very modern. Only things to be informed about is no A/C (typical in non-corporate hotels!), may have missed the little tidbit of info on their webpage, but room had fan, which we put in window and had cool nights eventually. Shower is modern, but VERY small. Ultimately, I recommend the Nap Inn as a unique European stay!"

"The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

"Fabulous place with the best English breakfast I’ve had in years courtesy of their experienced chef and former Olympic competitor Newton Burrowes !"

"The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a lovely smell when we arrived. Just what we needed for an efficient stay. Lovely bathroom. The only thing that I would say for next time is tea and coffee are included, would have been nice to have a couple of the little Uht milk cartons to have with it. Otherwise would recommend."
