"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is set within a beautiful listed building with lovely gardens, which gave it a lot of charm and character. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options available, including fresh fruit, cereals, toast, and hot food. There was something for everyone and the quality was very good. "Just love stopping here. The food is really first class and the staff are lovely. We stay here on the way or way back from our sons in Somerset. It has weddings on a weekend and the restaurant closes on a Monday so we do try to fit our travel plans in so we can stop here."

"Constant smell of cheap air fresheners in the halls, food was overcooked and took an extremely long time to arrive, people arriving after me were served there food before me. My experience was all the staff were in their early twenties, Maybe my issue were down to a lack of experience being on hand. Definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed in but can definitely be improved."
