Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. "Room was very clean! Beds and linens were great. Grounds were not taken care of. We stayed there because of the pictures of the tennis courts, shuffle board and putting green. None of that is operational or there any more for at least 10+ years. Great location where you can walk to Kings dominion. But trash everywhere outside and run down. Dog poop, dirty diapers, broken glass and trash."

"There was no coffee maker, microwave or toaster in the room. The breakfast served included lukewarm and somehow firm scrambled eggs and burnt sausage. The bread offered was white or wheat. Not what I had hoped for from a Hilton hotel."

"The water preasure and temperature were amazing! The bed was soft, pillows plush but that frame was loud! Haha. It's on the nicer end of what you'd expect from a truck stop motel of that price but it was one I'd go back to."

They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. "Not a ton of amenities but it’s been updated. Very clean. Good enough for one night after being at King’s Dominion all day. Would not do a long stay here but it’s fine for what we need. Slept great. Mattresses were comfortable."
