"Clean room, quick service and fair price "

"They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. "

"I had a hard time with my Expedia reservation but Rabine was extremely helpful and spent alot of time solving my problem. He helped me reach out to Expedia and try to explain why I was having trouble. I couldn't get anywhere with Expedia on the phone so we left and he called me and told me that he had straightened it out and my reservation was all set. I really appreciate his help. He is a great employee to have representing your company."

"Room was clean and comfortable only thing was Wrong size sheets on king bed they kept pulling off Queen fitted sheet and a full flat sheet Breakfast was juice or coffee No other items provided Convenience to 95 "

"It was run down looking the pool cover was trash on top of it just looked dirty and only two towels and no ice in machine bathroom faucet broken"

"The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given."

"Wasn't very clean, water didn't cut off in the bath, sink faucet was about to fall off, staff was not helpful at all"

"Breakfast was not very good, very limited options. The market was not stocked. Wanted to buy water and snacks but for the three days we were there their market was not stocked. Staff was very friendly. "

"We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!"

"Lobby was very clean, staff very friendly and quick. Room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom also was very clean. Nice place to stay if you’re looking for a clean room."

"Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures"
