"Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers."

"As this was our first trip to Bali, I spent a lot of time researching the right hotel, especially as we were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. The Mulia exceeded every expectation. The service was outstanding from arrival. The butler team was attentive, proactive, and genuinely thoughtful, always anticipating our needs and making the stay feel seamless and personal. What truly stood out was the culture across the resort. Every staff member showed incredible attention to detail, remembered our names, and engaged warmly with our two year old son, which made us feel completely comfortable as a family. The dining options were also superb — excellent variety, consistently high quality, and still very family friendly. A truly polished luxury experience. We would absolutely return."

"A stunning resort, beautiful beach with cabanas. Staff are very service focused. Just lay back and relax, anything that should take 5 minutes takes 50 minutes here. Check in was not private, everyone could hear our room rate, bed type etc. however, they did provide access to our room for Early arrival. My favorite part was the private beach, Lunch in one of the free cabanas, we even loved the rain while lounging. Hotel location in Nusa Dua is adjacent to a few other high end resorts, but requires 20 minute Taxi rides to get into town. Two areas of improvement for the hotel to manage screaming children in the Lagoon and very loud groups in the Restaurants, which prompts me to book another resort in the future. Overall spacious rooms and in room amenities are good. Management did not offer any accommodation for the negative feedback during our stay. The concierge was super helpful with shipping quotes."

"Room and staff especially were amazing, everyone was so kind and breakfast was great! Hotel had many facilities with concierge too; we requested for a concierge to take us to Ubud and drive us to the different places we were interested in seeing, at a great price. Would recommend this resort!!"
