"The room was dirty, the sheets were ripped and had holes, you could hear everything in the other rooms. Terrible experience, to the level were we should be refunded. Overall Experience 2/10"

"The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were very polite and professional. The building is a little bit dated, the shower could use a bit of a refresh however it was very clean. Breakfast was fine, continental with a decent choice of breads, croissants and muffins with hard boiled eggs also on offer. More fresh fruit would be ideal. There is a small gym/ fitness centre with some machines, some free weights and gym mats would be good to have on offer. The parking was at times a little tight, but it felt safe. Overall a very pleasant stay in a central and convenient location. "
