"Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware."

"Black mold. Like everywhere. Elevator also doesn't seem to have been inspected since 2013. Broken level 4 button. Location is phenomenal, the staff was super kind and helpful, but the room itself (which, for the price, is what it is) was stinky and exceptionally moldy. The floor had this strange waxy residue on it, almost requiring you to wear socks lest you track something into the bed. Surprisingly the bed was fine, didn't seem to have any stains or smells. Shower/sink did their jobs, water...

"If you’re looking for a cheap alternative, this is the place. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants and nightlife. But when it comes to the motel, very poor service. I was there for four days three nights with three family members and we only had two towels to shower. I asked to have the trash cleaned out and extra towels and never receive clean towels and the only reason they took the trash out was because I left the trash cans outside of our room, you could also tell the cleanliness by...
