"NO coffee maker in the room. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7 but inconvieient for first cup in the morning! Front desk staff were helpful in trying to fix problem with Expedia reservation. Hotel charged full amount for stay upon check-in and didn't deduct prepaid first night."

"Property was clean with close Proximity to stores and dining. Suites were a good size and comfortable. Chlorine seemed to irritate my kids skin in the pool, likely because it’s indoors. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay with no complaints."

"We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that."
