"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. "Very good location, just steps from Interlaken West Station. Prices are lower than most of other hotels in the area. Large bathtub, water pressure was good, temperature was excellently. Buffet breakfast was OK. Very limited room amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no bottle water, no coffee/tea, no clock, no power outlet near bedside tables. Garbage can only in bathroom. Bathroom no counter space, no shelf space, no cloth hook - the only hook had be used for garbages and hairdryer. Worn-out wallpaper. Poor wifi connectivity. Only 24 in tv. Perfect for travellers who only want a hot shower, a warm bed and a filling breakfast."
