"Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. "In need of a freshen up, couches in cinema, lounge and reception all very tired with cracked leather and rips. Fire alarm went off twice in the night waking us all up twice. Could hear chatting all night from our room, went to reception at 3am but wasn't sure where it was coming from so nothing could be done about it. 5 beds and 5 cups in the room but only one pack of biscuits to share on the tray! "I have stayed a villa many times, unfortunately this visit was disappointing, I arrived after paying 129.96 for 1 night which included breakfast..only to be told that I would have to pay another 10 pound for a cooked breakfast..I was told that I had payed for only a continental breakfast, this certainly didn't state this on my booking form, I was looking forward to quiet afternoon which didn't happen due to all the building work going on, then dinner well the menu wasn't what it used to be, so...
