"The hotel is located in a rundown area, and the photos don't accurately reflect what you actually get. My daughter did not feel safe staying there, so I asked if we could move to their sister hotel and offered to pay any difference in price. Despite both properties being owned by the same company, they declined to accommodate the request. I found that response disappointing and felt it reflected poor customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations."

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...

"This experience was 10/10!! We will be staying again next time we need a hotel in that area. The best parts were the pool/hot tub actually being warm/hot & the breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved having access to coffee in the lobby at all hours and the parking was very easy."

"We checked in after midnight and a long drive or we would have found another room or place to stay…. The bathroom and shower had ants and other bugs. It didn’t drain when showering so having inches of water to shower in was not ideal.. We were just there to sleep then shower in the morning and leave but it was not a clean or nice experience."

"The "street side" of the property was very loud with street noise (cars, motorcycles, etc..). My wife had a hard time sleeping until about 2:30 am. The staff were very nice and the beds were great!"

"Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad."
