Shortly after we checked into our room, the hotel sent us a text asking if we needed anything. I replied asking if the thermostat could go any lower, the hotel didn’t respond.
We stayed 4 nights and mid way through just after breakfast we asked the front desk for a room refresh. They said someone will be by soon to refresh the room, so we left for the day. When we got back hours later, the room had not been touched. I called the front desk to ask why. They said they were not sure what happened but there send someone soon. When we went to head out to dinner, the lady at the front desk asked if we could wait till tomorrow, that we waited too late to ask for housekeeping and that they had left for the day. This really bothered me. Trying to shift the responsibility and blaming us (the guests) for the being the reason they couldn’t refresh our room. I calmly said, no. We requested this service this morning.
When we got back to our room that night, it had been refreshed very basically, and my sweater had been thrown on the floor.
I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. Which is unfortunate because the location is convenient.
