Our reservation was for 3 and only had linens provided for one!! When the front desk was contacted we were told housekeeping was not in yet (a 45 minute wait!) unacceptable to us as we were planning to be out the door before then! I asked if maintenance or someone other than housekeeping could provide the towels….which is...

"I wanted to love this hotel because it was so cute, but we had a lot of inconveniences. First of all, our room had a cat pee smell that we could hardly stand. We tried to turn the heat on because the room was very cold, but it had a burning smell, so we left it off. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to watch one channel. "I liked everything about the hotel and my room. Inviting atmosphere, very well maintained and jazz music in the lobby was a nice touch. Had to be the best shower/water pressure I've enjoyed in years! It was a safe walk to the Riverfront and back from Spokane Arena at night. My only complaint is there wasn't anywhere within a short walking distance you could get breakfast. Not thrilled that Parking is 2 blocks away and still $20/night w/tax, but the room charge was reasonable. I was...

"We had higher expectations for a Best Weatern stay. Everything was very basic. The hotel was very noisy inside and out. The hotel partners with Denny’s for breakfast. But for early travelers like us, we could t wait I tol7 when the restaurant opened. The hotel’s grab and go menu was basic and full of processed foods. Doesn’t fit dietary needs. Maybe missed the fine print when booking? We will find other accommodations the next time through. "
