"I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The AC started going out the first night, but it was tolerable. Saturday I spent the day at the pool. Customer service at the bar was mediocre because no matter what you purchased they already get a 20% tip. When I went back to my room Saturday afternoon, the AC was completely out. "Great place for a one night stay. Everything clean and tidy, comfy beds, walkable to dining spots on the lake. Have stayed before and will stay again when next visiting Rockwall."

"The hotel was clean and close to restaurants nearby. The breakfast was okay. It served its purpose, nothing too fancy. Overall, this was a great stay, especially if you plan to be out exploring Dallas."

"Enough for a passing hotel. The price is fine. But it lacks a lot of cleaning. The room smelled bad, it seemed that the sheets had not been changed we found hair in it, they smelled strange."

"I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations."

"Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here"
