"Staff not ok for the morning person. I stayed on the 4th floor room 420. On 3-25-26 at 6am I went to the elevator and pushed the button up came the elevator and door opened and I saw a man laying on the elevator floor passed out. I giggled him to see if he would move and he did. I went to the office and yelled and scream and no one would come out. "I had 2 rooms one was good, and clean. The other was not, it was not really clean smelled bad, the bathroom sink had a terrible odor when you turned on the water it seemed to be in the drain. Also on the second day we had no towels. I didn’t expect the rooms to be cleaned daily but I did expect clean towels daily. "

"Nice hotel in need of a refresh and be brought into today’s styles. The front desk is terrible….looks like it set up for a pot luck ….table on the right with cloth over it and junk stashed on top….the wall behind the counter with 5 big screws drilled into it looked like it was missing some signage …… like the staff…been working too long to care…night time guy worked in some sort of Nascar t-shirt"
