"We have stayed here four or five times now and always such a nice base to visit family close by. Always a warm welcome and great breakfast to start the day. Warm room and comfortable bed. Shared bathroom is kept very clean. Free parking is a bonus."

"Third hotel close to Heathrow that I've stayed in recently, and this is by far the best. Really quiet, very smart room, with a big bed and good quality bedding. The bar food is perfectly good, so there's no need to wander off looking for something. There are bus stops close by to catch public transport to and from the airport (T2/T3) We were going to use the hotel hopper service, but it was much more expensive and less frequent. "

"I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

"I missed my flight from T5 and booked the Sofitel at LHR. I was expecting a pretty standard airport hotel - but the Sofitel was outstanding. Extremely clean and comfortable room, with Balmain products in the bathroom, bathrobe and coffee tray with tea and biscuits. A really elevated experience that turned a disappointing day (missing my flight) into something memorable. Would definitely recommend!"

Right next door to South Ruislip tube (Central line) with excellent access to central and city of London. Would highly recommend"
