"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"One bath towel 2 adults? Blocked sink? Charged 15 pounds to check in an hour early when we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. If you need to stay in this area it has a restaurant on site , it’s ok but not geat"

"Air conditioning was amazing. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and the toiletries and drinks were a really nice touch. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Loved the stay and will definitely be returning."

"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "

"I am writing this review for my parents as this holiday was there Christmas present so I am just relaying there personal experience. Lovely clean space with friendly staff. Dinner was really nice, howerer the breakfast was a mixed bag, cooked breakfast was pretty terrible but the home made fruit bowls and yogurt was amazing. Nice clean modern room with great showers, but pretty uncomfortable bed from there description. Overall a good stay for 2 nights, would definitely recommend if your...

"We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout. We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...
