Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary...

"Staff were friendly at all places from reception to restaurant staff at breakfast to cleaning ladies - all excellent the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it Room (Suite) was spacious - lots of room Breakfast was great- staff were so friendly there too "

"We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient. "Tudo perfeito do comeco ao fim. Recepcao para checkin rapida e clara. Concierge para auxiliar com transporte - onibus e taxi. Localizacao excelente, dando para fazer coisas a pe ou a uma pequena viagem de taxi. Onibus para levar aos parques disponivel. Quarto confortavel, cama boa, limpeza otima. Estavam com uma reforma na fachada que nao incomodou em nada. "
