"Started off poor as arrived at 09:30am and although I asked for early check-in where possible I was told impossible and the hotel was full. I had to leave hotel and catch a taxi as everything was far. "We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. "Really helpful staff, some of the politest and most helpful in the UAE. Good convenient facilities and with the breakfast pre-booked great value for money.
