"Really helpful staff, some of the politest and most helpful in the UAE. Good convenient facilities and with the breakfast pre-booked great value for money. Breakfast had a lot of options and all really nice. We had an apartment room so came with a washing machine and ideal for a family stay. "Started off poor as arrived at 09:30am and although I asked for early check-in where possible I was told impossible and the hotel was full. I had to leave hotel and catch a taxi as everything was far.
