"Lively pool area with gorgeous meandering pools and waterfalls. Terrific variety of restaurants. Fantastic light show at night. Room was enormous. Glad I went but I probably won't stay again. Too many small inconveniences that added up. Parking is poorly designed and signage truly awful. Confusing map and the entire complex is enormous. Food at restaurants was just so-so. Room service took forever. Website said light show was cancelled but it wasn't. 3 light fixtures in room didn't work at all. For the luxury price, I would have preferred a higher level of service and quality."

This was particularly surprising given the positive reviews that highlighted the hotel's cleanliness. The front desk staff were also not very friendly or welcoming."

"Dingy and outdated, stay elsewhere, scheduled the airport shuttle for 6am, promptly arrived in the lobby at 558am only to be told by the shuttle driver that he is only taking airline crew to the airport. I had to call a lyft to get to the airport. "
