"Good location and helpful staff, interesting historical ryokan "

"We enjoyed the hot spring and the delicious food. Will stay there if we go to Ureshino onsen again. "

"The property is well maintained and appears to have been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner, especially the locally sourced beef. The onsen was also nice, although it was smaller than those at some other onsen hotels. "ペット可で一泊の値段が破格でした。 モーテルを宿泊施設にリノベした訳ではなく、モーテルとしても営業はしているようです。なので窓があるわけでもなく閉鎖的な空間なので室内で一日過ごすには向かないです。寝れて風呂に入るだけ程度で考えているならオススメです。 スタッフはものすごく良い方です。 自由に出入り出来ないのが唯一不満かな。"

"Very enjoyable stay, great food and modern rooms"

"Staff is helpful and polite, onsen is good, breakfast's food & environment are excellent . Dislike the staircases at the entrance, difficult to take luggage for check in and out. Will come again."

"A very nice traditional Japanese style hotel with a large outdoor hot spring pool. "

"Such a great place to stay! So close to the bathhouses, shops, and park, but also tucked away enough to have a good night sleep. They have AC for when it gets hot at night. The hosts were 10/10! Really friendly and helpful in recommending places to go and see in town and nearby."

"The in-room private bath was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and the meals were excellent. We will definitely be back!"

"Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip."

"Nice hotel "

"It's a good experience to stay in this hotel. Hot springs are wonderful. However, if there's no smell of smoke in the entrance of room will be perfect. "
