"The accommodation was fantastic, felt brand new, the location is a bit noisy due to the bus depot next door, they advertised two parking bays but only one was available which due to the lack of parking spaces in the area was quite inconvenient."

I tried them and finally got through to someone who told me to knock on the owners door - I didn’t have a clue. Luckily a passer by helped. "Lovely cooked breakfast, basic cereals & yogurts. Dinner was good, food nicely cooked and presented, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom clean and very comfortable. Happily recommend. "

"The few lovely staff are coping with a sadly run down building which must have been magnificent in its day. There is no longer a restaurant or bar and the drive has huge poorly filled pot holes. Such a shame"

"A good value stay, nice room and a good breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. Only space for 7 petrol cars (plus 2 EVs and 1 disabled space) directly on site. But enough free roadside parking and apparantly some other spaces in a site over the road. We were in the car park on night 1 and on the road on nights 2 & 3."

"Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!"

"Very nice and helpful staff. A parking garage and some shops and restaurants were in immediate vicinity. The hotel is 20-25mins walking distance from Halifax train station, be advised though that the entire walk is uphill since the station is the lowest point of the city. The city itself is very accessible from the hotel with most shops and locations just a few minutes away. Very decently sized rooms with room for your luggage without feeling cramped in."

Been to Haworth a few times over years but accommodation previously in other villages due to costs and limited parking however the cottage was in a perfect location and had its own onsite parking. Also space alongside property if you have particularly wide or or long vehicle. "I’ve stayed here many times, and usually it’s good, but my room this time was pretty appalling. One single plug socket for the whole room (for tv, iron, fan (it was very hot and no air con) and any chargers), mould in the bathroom, very squeaky doors, lumpy mattress, very stale smell. Just not a nice place to stay. No staff on the desk when checking out. Sad cos I’ve enjoyed staying here in the past."
