"We liked that you had to be 21 years old to stay at this hotel. There wasn’t kids running around and things like that which was kind of a nice change. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful, it was just really nice. The only thing that we did not care for was the music in the hotel which was way too loud and I’m hard of hearing and it was not very good music and it was the same at the pool. "I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."

"Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question. "

"Great hotel, room, halls bathroom and hotel elevator were nice and clean, the lighting and modernity are amazing. The staff were all friendly and the in hotel amenities + food and drinks are spectacular. There was only one negative thing that was the parking lot elevator, it sort of smells."

"We walked in a couple months ago through the hotel and really liked the vibe in there so I decided on our next trip to book it. However, I had no idea this was a haunted hotel and was surprised when we checked in. It was a little freaky finding out the day of check in, but the staff was great. First time saying on fremont."

"We had no hot water and even though the maintenance guy came and explained that you have to flush the toilet and run the water in the tub and sink to get the hot water to our room it seemed like I still ended up with luke warm water. The tv didn't work most of the time, it was either buffering or the remote quite working. The little restaurant downstairs was very good food. Overall, I would not stay at the Plaza again."
