"Brand new hotel with nice japanese style. Really like the design. However the cleaning need major improvement, very dusty inside the room. Cant really breathe while sleeping. Pls pay attention on thw cleaning. Else wouldn't be back again. Thank you."

"My husband and I stayed in Hanoi for 9 nights in July. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing hospitality from the front desk and concierge staff!! Everyday, no matter the time of day or night they greeted us (if not attending to other guests) and chatted with us, making us feel at home. They attended to our needs and requests with genuine care. Our room was beautiful-the air conditioning worked beautifully (a great escape from the outside heat!), the water pressure in the shower was...

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful....

"Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux."
