"We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful."

"Apart from a very good wi-fi, I can say little positive about the hotel. Firstly, the principal reason I chose it was its proximity to my workplace. It quickly turned out the location marked on the map was false. In reality it was not central at all, and roughly 5 km away. After mentioning it, I was offered a free shuttle to go to work and being picked up.
