"This is always my go-to hotel when staying in St. Paul. The hotel is always clean. The staff is friendly. They have a shuttle service if you’re going to concerts at Grand Casino Arena. It’s in a great location. The hotel is nice and quiet. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and has good food. I also enjoy that they have snack items for purchase at the front desk area. Overall, it’s my favorite hotel and I always enjoy my stay."

"I like the hotel because it is old school. Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Everything in the bathroom worked just fine. It was nice having a coffee maker in the room. I even liked that they supplied a stack of magazines to read. St. Paul Grill has excellent food. Rug in our room was a bit threadbare and I wish they had self parking."

"The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. I appreciated how easy it was to get on and off the freeway nearby, as well. Would absolutely choose this hotel for any future travel to the...

"The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, and it was always 5-10 degrees warmer in the room than what I would set the thermostat on. "

"Staff were nice. Overall, the hotel was not clean. Booked it for 2 days and stayed for 1 1/2 hour and checked out. Floor, walls, sofa, bathroom, and bedroom were all dirty and looked nothing like the pictures posted. Please update the pictures because that’s false advertisement! Will not be returning. "

"Our room was very clean. However, the shower had a severe leak and tub wouldn't drain. The king bed mattress was really bad. It was a big bowl. Very uncomfortable. We were only staying one night. When we told the front desk at checkout, all she said was ok, I'll tell maintainence. "

"I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize "
