Second time staying here. Room was very clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional, eggs, french toast, sausage, home fries, fresh fruit etc. We will stay here again on the next trip to St.Paul.

Room was very spacious. Excellent with regards to being clean. Only concern here was that even though they said they would replenish towels, etc every two days, that wasn't done. I had to ask each time for things such as toilet paper or towels and the garbage to be emptied. Front Desk didn't appear knowledgeable to care much.

Nice stay!

Nice hotel. Walkable to dining and bars. Easy access to Amtrak amd local public transit (light rail). Large rooms and good breakfast. Only issue was with door key cards, which staff worked hard to correct for us.

Excellent stay in St. Paul

Location was perfect for us - we were traveling via Amtrak and the station is a block away. Hotel is located in a spectacular art deco structure with 16 foot ceilings and spacious rooms. Staff was very attentive to our needs.

The doors make a lot of noise when they shut, so that might be a problem for some. Had to park across the street in the ramp, I think it was $16/day, so not bad. Has a washer and dryer for laundry, only takes quarters. There's a water fountain by the bathrooms. Very high ceilings, which is a nice feature. Very quiet (besides the doors). Breakfast was great; nice open seating area. Not many exciting options for restaurants nearby. But, the The Lost Fox has an amazing burger and is a fun place to eat. There's also a nice, little restaurant in Union Depot. Overall, great place to stay. A bit of a pain in the ass getting your luggage back and forth from the parking ramp. But, I think most people would enjoy staying here.
