"Freezing cold room. I don’t know why there isn’t a heater because the window ac lets all the cold air in. The property is in an amazing location to be able to walk everywhere. Rockafella and Times Square. The rooms are bigger than what I have seen in NYC in prior stays. The rooms were clean. "Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away.
Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."

"It was my first time using a fold-out bed, so I was surprised at first, but the staff set it up for me, which was a great help. The room was clean, the elevator arrived quickly, and the location is convenient—just across the street from the ferry terminal and about a five-minute walk to Wall Street Station."

"Great location and prices for what you get. Right on a starting East West bus line as well as a North/South. Couple blocks from a subway. Building is dated but in good condition- and free laundry machines a bonus. Rooftop bar was just okay as staying in the hotel doesn’t grant you access over outsiders m"
