"The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend"

It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. "The hotel is very convenient and ideally situated for easy access from Bergamo Airport by taxi and for walking to both Bergamo Old Town and the New Town. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and the staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to leave our bags until our late afternoon flight home."
